·        Dues Time - Second quarter dues of $900 are due April 1, and are late after April 30.  Please check your email for your dues notice. Send to PO Box 1782, BR, 28605.

·         Be a Respectful Pet Owner and Good Neighbor: When bringing pets on the premises, remember that certain regulations govern the size (no more than 35 lbs), number and behavior of your furry family members. Make sure to communicate the rules to short-term guests. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring guests observe these rules, which should be posted in each rental unit.

·         Using the Clubhouse? A new smart TV is on the way soon to enjoy using your personal streaming subscriptions. Don’t forget to adjust the thermostat to 58° when you leave (winter).

·         Tree Removal Project-April 21: Beside Building 1 above the parking lot.

·         Making structural modifications to your unit? Complete and submit the Modification Request prior to work.

·         Dryer vents in Building 1 will be cleaned this calendar year at no cost to the owner.

·          Parking Lot Resurfacing Project-Fall 2026: Parking lot between Buildings 1 and 2 and a portion of the entrance.
